If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for refund or exchange based on the following conditions:

-Products returned within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging, still bagged and folded, will be eligible for a full purchase price refund or exchange.

-Products returned within 30 days of receipt that have been un-package but not laundered, will be eligible for a full purchase price refund or exchange. This would be due to a fit problem where the customer has un-packaged the shirt strictly to try it on. The return staff will determine whether the garment has been worn for an extended period or laundered.

-90-day return policy. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase in the first 90 days, you can return it for an exchange of an equal priced item. If returned within first 30 days for a fabric or manufacturing defect, you will have the option of a refund of purchase price or exchange for a equal price product. If returned 31-90 days after receipt, for any reason, you will only be entitled to an exchange or store credit.

-VALID REASONS FOR RETURN include, but are not limited to:
    -Garment is not what I ordered
    -Garment does not fit right
    -Garment color/design/style is not what I expected
    -Garment has manufacturing defect
    -Garment has fabric defect

VALID REASONS FOR REFUSAL OF RETURN include, but are not limited to:
    -Laundering errors such as bleach spots or ironing/pressing burns
    -Stains of any kind
    -Tailor or seamstress errors
    -Beyond 90 days of customer receipt
